You need to talk about how you feel. Depression comes from not talking, and it goes by speaking out. Think of it like trapped birds: all the things you never said are growing and growing within you, until the cage is ready to burst. It hurts. You can’t cope. Open your mouth. Speak. Let those birds go. It’s the only way to be free of them.
